George Taxiarchopoulos
He is the President of the EUNIC Cluster Cyprus, Authorized Representative of the HFC in Cyprus and Founder & Director of the ACEY Europe – Arts & Culture Community.
He studied Economics in Sydney, Fine Arts at ASFA, the Ecole Nationales Superieure des Beaux Arts, the CCA Kitakyushu international research program. Holds a master degree in Digital Art Forms and is a PhD(candidate) for Art Teaching & Art Education. He was scholar of the National Scholarship Foundation, B&E Goulandris Foundation, CCA Scholarship Committee and the Albert Kapovic scholarship.
He is internationally certified art expert (ISO17024) in event management, risk management, cultural management & cultural policy, funding and diplomacy specialized on Cultural Heritage, Arts & Crafts and Visual Arts.
He considers CULTUREisDUTY, multidisciplinary artwork involving Entrepreneurship, Tourism, Climate change, the Environment, Peace, Society, Education, Diet, Sustainability, Democracy, Diplomacy, Science, Art and Culture. His intention is to implement a new model in Culture intersecting the above sectors of the Economy at a creative manner in respect with International Business and Mental Ethics
